One bite and it melted in my mouth — I thought, I need to come back here for dinner meat next time. Dipping it in salt alone was already perfect, but you can enjoy it however you like since there are so many ways to eat it... ^^!!! Doenjang jjigae and seasonal hot-pot rice came out, and after finishing that warm, delicious rice, following it up with the nurungji (scorched rice) makes for the perfect finish. Honestly, I was already stuffed from eating so much of the mains and sides, but somehow there was still room for the nurungji.
