The assorted platter I received included olive flounder, rockfish, mullet, and red sea bream, as far as I could tell. Alongside the sashimi were shrimp, abalone, sea snail, and meongge (sea squirt). They also included lettuce, roasted seaweed, and chojang (Korean red chili dipping sauce) to eat with the sashimi. I placed sashimi on lettuce with chojang and also wrapped it in seaweed.
