It was so packed inside that I couldn’t take many photos. It isn’t a café with lots of tables overall. This bean had a fruitiness quite different from the Yirgacheffe. Rather than simply feeling strongly acidic, it was more packed with fruit aroma. Personally, I found it so delicious. Delicious, balanced acidity with a familiar, refined taste. One big reason we came back to Central Site: the tiramisu here is seriously excellent. It is beautifully balanced—not overly sweet or rich. The coffee here is so good that a dessert at exactly this level is perfect. It is the clear, bubble-free kind of ice you might see only at a whiskey bar. Apparently, ice like this is difficult to make.
