I also went out to catch some air around Magok under the warm sunshine recently—but food first, of course! So I went for lunch at Jju Baksa Magok Branch, a popular spot near Seoul Botanic Park and a recommendation for webfoot octopus near Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station~! The individual dishes looked great too, but the set meals, with their good value and generous combinations, really caught my eye. Since I ordered the fried-rice set, it included three servings of jjusam and one serving of fried rice! The price was ₩47,000! Such a great combination, right? The steamed egg and corn salad were included too. A staff member came over and added rice, seaweed flakes, and flying fish roe to the remaining saucy seasoning, then briskly stir-fried everything until fragrant on the griddle.
