Beyond the red crab one, there were plenty of other flavors too. The smell was so good I couldn't even wait to get back to the guesthouse — I decided to eat right there in the market. You know bread tastes best eaten right when it comes out!! Back at the guesthouse we ate the leftover croquettes too — less crispy than the first bite, but I could really tell why they're handmade.
