Such a good place for a seriously filling meal! Unlimited ribs in Seongseo!! Grilled until nicely browned, the makchang was savory on the outside and chewy inside, while the pork belly developed such a wonderfully savory flavor as it browned on the grill, haha. I ate sooo well right through to the end 👏🏻 My ranking is ribs >> makchang > pork belly, haha, for your reference~~~! Being able to enjoy unlimited makchang, pork belly and pork ribs made it great value, and the self-serve bar had chicken, tteokbokki, fried foods, Jjapagetti and ramen, so there was lots to eat beyond the meat!
