I usually go to sushi places in Haeundae, so this was my first time visiting Moshi Moshi. Turns out it's a fairly well-known chain. I was searching for what to eat for lunch in Dongnae and it kept coming up as a sushi spot near Myeongnyun Station, so I decided to try it. Being inside a department store meant parking was easy, which I liked right away. It comes with 16 pieces of sushi + a roe rice bowl + choice of a noodle dish + vegetable salad + tofu salad + soup, and we chose udon for the noodle dish. At Moshi Moshi Sushi you can choose between 'good' and 'better' when ordering, and we paid the extra to go with 'better.' The base set is listed as 16 pieces, but choosing 'better' brought us 18 pieces total. The moment I saw the sushi, I liked that the fish was thicker than I expected. The rice wasn't too much or too little either, so the ratio of fish to rice was just right. If you're searching for a sushi restaurant near Myeongnyun Station and care about how thick the fish is cut, I think you'll be satisfied on that front. One thing that stood out was the beef tartare sushi. With those favorites added, the sushi count came to 20 pieces total! Worried it wouldn't be enough, I ordered an extra udon on top — but the set udon came out much bigger than I expected. When the udon landed on the table, the two of us just laughed, haha. This was my first visit to Moshi Moshi, and the fish was thicker than I expected, the rice portion was just right, and the sushi itself was delicious — the generous set composition made for a satisfying lunch. If I have business in Dongnae again, I'd like to stop by once more.
