The seasoning had soaked nicely into the fish, so I picked out the flesh and put it over rice with the well-cooked radish and sauce—it was really delicious 😆👏👏 It had a different charm from the grilled mackerel, so I could enjoy lots of variety without getting tired of it 🫶 Overall, I loved that there were so many kinds of food to enjoy at once, from braised mackerel and grilled fish to all the different sides. I especially loved being able to bring back unlimited sides from the self-service bar.
