The soy sauce wasn't too salty, so I ended up just dunking it right in! ## Staff service at Izawa: heat turned up and a new grill plate The staff at Izawa Cheonan Sinbu-dong Branch really had the best sense of timing! When the flame got weaker partway through grilling, they immediately turned it up, and they even swapped the grill plate for a clean one midway through, so we could keep grilling cleanly and deliciously right to the end.
