Inside the soft, fluffy bao bun was moist, braised-pork-style meat. The soft texture, like a flower-shaped steamed bun, paired really well with the richness of the meat. One bite in and I thought, ah, this is why it's the signature dish. It had a unique, refreshing feel. I'd recommend it for a Seongsu date course or for anyone looking for a distinctive restaurant, and it seems easy enough for solo diners too.
