Honestly, when I heard they were finger sandwiches, I thought they would be soggy. But when I tried them, they were so crisp that I was genuinely surprised! Every topping was different from what I expected, too. My two favorites were the third from the left, with mushroom, broccoli, and tomato sauce, and the fourth, with scallop meat and cream. I loved that every ingredient on top had such a distinct, deep flavor! Like, this is tomato, this is broccoli—should I put it that way?
