Inside, gleaming top-grade Korean beef and fresh Korean pork were carefully stored by cut, so it was really satisfying to check the quality with your own eyes and pick exactly what you wanted, haha. ## From pork neck and belly to fresh Korean beef brisket Even when eating just one thing, do it strategically!!! Crispy outside, tender inside, and full of juices—it’s the kind of flavor that makes drinks go down far too easily!! And when you come here, steamed rice is an essential order!!! They use Suhyangmi rice, which is known for tasting good, and wowwww... the rice genuinely tasted sweet! It was glossy too, and I couldn’t help saying, “This rice is sweet, so sweet,” haha. It was definitely thicker! We gave it just a quick grill over the charcoal, added a little wasabi, and wrapped it with white rice: completely, ridiculously delicious, haha. Wow... it’s a completely insane rice thief, haha. You know the charcoal-grilled seaweed sold at famous markets, right? You lightly grill the seaweed over the binchotan charcoal, wrap it around that sweet Suhyangmi rice, and wow... it was so good I finished a whole bowl of rice in no time!!! You absolutely have to try the charcoal-scented seaweed plus Suhyangmi combination, haha. Suhyangmi certified!!! Even the deodorizer was a nice touch!!! ## Mukjjang Jangchaegim’s absolutely perfect course Easy parking, perfect-quality meat, and even the Suhyangmi rice—there was nothing that wasn’t delicious here, haha. - Korean pork neck ➔ pork belly ➔ change the grill, then thick fresh Korean beef brisket + wasabi + Suhyangmi rice are essential! - Naengmyeon is recommended too!! - Be sure to request the “grilled seaweed (complimentary)” on the menu, lightly grill it over charcoal, and wrap it around Suhyangmi rice.
