The store itself is spacious with generous space between tables. Clean, upscale atmosphere — very satisfying!! The gnocchi was chewy with a nutty flavor that paired really well with the spicy cream sauce ㅠㅠ I genuinely gasped eating the gnocchi at Plate, the Daejeon pasta spot 😋 It's really different from sour gnocchi noodles you might be used to. You have to try it. I was debating between the regular spaghetti noodle and went with the recommended noodle instead. That's the noodle called tagliatelle. According to the description, it has the texture of flat kalguksu noodles and absorbs sauce well. The noodle texture was so good and the sauce clung all over it, making it easy to eat. The cream sauce was nutty and delicious too.
