This was our first date, just me and my wife, since our second baby was born. ## Where is Brown Hands Tongyeong, and how is the parking? Brown Hands Tongyeong is on the 2nd floor of Tongyeong International Music Hall, and there is a big dedicated parking lot on the 1st floor. Even on a weekday at lunchtime, the window tables with the sea view were almost all full. The wheel cheese carbonara at Brown Hands Tongyeong is a dish where the staff toss the pasta around inside a giant wheel of cheese. I liked that they brought out everything we ordered at the same time, and this was the star of the table! To finish, they plate it, sprinkle on grated cheese, and then add one more layer of cheese on top! I tasted it first, before the cheese cooled down, and the noodles were chewy and delicious, so it was the best dish of the day! We came for a date, just the two of us for the first time in ages, and every dish was delicious, the window seat gave a clear view of the Tongyeong sea, and the kind staff made it even better.
