I was looking for an ocean-view café overlooking Gwangalli Beach and ended up at Working Holiday Minrak, well known as a Gwangalli brunch café.

It's on the 7th floor of the building, and the Gwangan view through the floor-to-ceiling windows right from the entrance is so bright and lovely ..🤍

## Window seats facing Gwangan Bridge, plus group tables

The place was bigger than I expected, so it was nice to sit around at ease haha. The whole space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, giving an ocean view of Gwangan Bridge and Gwangalli Beach all at once. There's group seating too, so it'd be good for visiting with friends or family, or as a meeting spot.

The interior has colorful pops of color too, so pretty. It has that trendy 'good vibes' feel that's popular these days, giving off the vibe of an overseas brunch café almost?

## Working Holiday Minrak's menu and what I ordered

True to a Gwangalli brunch café, they have a wide range of meal options from Australian-style brunch to sandwiches, pizza, and pasta. Plus desserts like cake, egg tarts, and financiers, so it was great to enjoy coffee and dessert right after the meal.

### Panuozzo, 17,000 won: a pizza-dough sandwich

Panuozzo is an Italian-style sandwich made with pizza dough, and this one was overflowing between the chewy pizza dough with mortadella ham, arugula, and all kinds of vegetables.

The soup that came with it had a subtle, savory flavor of sweet pumpkin and corn. It wasn't too heavy even eaten early in the morning, light and clean, and paired well as a brunch side.

Maybe because it's made with pizza dough, the texture was definitely chewier than regular sandwich bread, and the basil sauce inside added a subtle fragrance. The salty mortadella ham blended well with the arugula and vegetables, so it wasn't greasy and was easy to eat, nice and light.

The spicy oil pasta was packed with shrimp and clams, so you could really taste the seafood.

The oil sauce soaked well into the noodles and the mild heat kept it going down easily without feeling greasy ,,💕 It's brunch but I demolished it in no time ㅠㅠㅠ so full..

## Is Working Holiday Minrak worth it for Gwangalli ocean-view brunch?

Working Holiday Minrak, where I had a relaxed brunch taking in the lovely Gwangalli ocean view. With views of Gwangalli Beach and Gwangan Bridge, I got to enjoy everything from brunch to dessert, and with parking support too I got to stay a while without any hassle 🤍 If you're looking for a Gwangalli brunch café or a Gwangalli ocean-view café, give Working Holiday Minrak a try :)
