You might think, 'huh, isn't that fewer than expected?' but Sijeunikeu makes its cakes with whatever seasonal fruit tastes best at the time, so the lineup changes constantly. And since the cakes are made same-day, that made me even more excited! For an extra fee, they wrap the cake carefully so it doesn't spill or get messed up in transit. Thanks to that, I felt I could carry it home safely even from a bit of a distance! Number candles were also sold separately, which would be great for birthday or anniversary cakes. 🎂 And during my September visit, three cakes were ready: peach, mango, and fig! I wrote this after getting the chance to try the store, but it's an honest review with a little bit of my own money spent too! 💕 This was the first time I realized there was such a delicious dessert shop inside Shinsegae Centum City! Maybe because the fruit was fresh, but the cake itself was really clean-tasting and just plain delicious,,, 🤍 With no unnecessary extras — just the exact fruit needed — it actually felt more upscale and refined. The combination of fruit and cake worked so well together, and above all, it wasn't too sweet and the fruit was fresh, so it's a flavor anyone, young or old, could enjoy without any worry.
