Whenever a friend visited from out of town, I always took them there — but when it expanded and moved to Gwangalli, haha, the distance got longer and... that part's a bit of a shame. So if you're visiting Gwangalli or planning an indoor Busan date course, I recommend eating at Working Holiday on the 7th floor of the Badamaru building, then heading up to T&Books comic café on the 8th. This is a course recommended by an actual Busan local, so you can trust it — you won't go wrong, haha. The floor-to-ceiling window opens up a sweeping Gwangalli sea view, and it's genuinely fun to just watch. Gwangan Bridge comes fully into view. Personally, I prefer looking at the sea from above rather than going in it, don't you think? My favorite seat! The outdoor terrace is decent too, but I like the spot right in front of the floor-to-ceiling window best — comfortable chairs, a wide table, and a full view of Gwangan Bridge. Oh, and Working Holiday is a pretty large café. Because of that, there are really a lot of seats. Wide tables, comfy chairs — good, good! Tables are spaced apart fairly well, and the space is nicely divided with shelves, plants, furniture, and pillars. But if I had to pick one recommendation, try the salmon Benedict. The clams come in a reasonable amount, but they piled on the shrimp generously — hahahaha. Amazing, amazing!!! If you're planning a Busan trip itinerary or working out a Gwangalli date course, here's the plan: eat at Working Holiday brunch café, hang out at T&Books comic café, then watch the drone show at night.
