I was checking out the Songjeong seaside when I heard the ocean view here was great, so I went to see for myself haha. I heard you can see the whole of Songjeong Beach from a space with a real hanok (traditional Korean house) feel, so I went in with high expectations. Let's start the Suwolgyeonghwa review! ## Suwolgyeonghwa location, parking and signature menu 📍 Location: 188 Songjeong-jungang-ro 6beon-gil, 4th floor, Haeundae-gu, Busan 🚗 Parking: Available. You can use the free piloti parking area on the 1st floor of the building. The name itself is quite something, isn't it? "Suwolgyeonghwa" apparently means "the moon reflected in water, a flower reflected in a mirror." Something you can't touch directly, but that clearly exists right in front of your eyes — thinking about the name carrying that feeling made the place seem atmospheric even before I got there haha. For reference, Suwolgyeonghwa has apparently been selected for the Blue Ribbon Survey two years running, in 2025 and 2026! Wooden materials and traditional decor pieces are blended in everywhere, giving it a quiet yet warm feeling through and through! Each one comes with its scent and characteristics written out, so it wasn't hard to choose! Tea is the main focus, but there's coffee too! "Miguksik-gabae" (American-style coffee) — isn't that such a fun name? haha. The concept is very clear. And of course desserts can't be missing either? This was the part I was most looking forward to at Suwolgyeonghwa! There's a menu called the Dalbodre box that's packed full of snacks haha. ## What we ordered: hyeonwolhojicha, Miguksik-gabae and the Dalbodre box What we ordered was~ hyeonwolhojicha, Miguksik-gabae (americano), and the Dalbodre box. A nutty yet fragrant aroma spread right through my mouth! It was a tea that left a lingering aftertaste. The iced Miguksik-gabae (iced americano) had a slight acidity to it! And now, the star of the show — the Dalbodre box!! Rather than eating just one thing, being able to try a little of this and that was really great! You're supposed to eat clockwise starting from the injeolmi skewer! Isn't injeolmi always a can't-go-wrong menu item~~ It's so chewy and soft it just melts in your mouth! You could really tell they paid attention to every single ingredient. The balance between the butter and red bean was really good! I doubted whether this unusual combination would actually taste good — and I take it back. This one was surprisingly charming — if they sold a gift set of these, I'd have wanted to buy some to take home ㅠ And finally, the ganache monaka! The inside was all white, so when they said there was chocolate in it, I was like huh? where? But then it really did have a strong chocolate flavor? I think it was probably white chocolate! Seriously, wow... the best chocolate I've had recently! The rich chocolate closed things out and that was the end of the snacks. Such a delicious cracker box, hehe. Watching the sea with a cup of tea and pretty desserts — just sitting there was healing in itself ❤️ The overall quality was so high that it was a treat for both the eyes and the mouth. ## Final verdict: who will enjoy Suwolgyeonghwa most?
