A staff member put the meat on and grilled it themselves until it was just right, so we didn't have to worry about grilling and could just relax and eat. The flavor was completely different from the fresh ribs, so it was nice to alternate between the two. Eating with my husband and daughter, it would have been a bit chaotic if I'd also had to grill the meat myself, but since the staff handled it from start to finish, we could just relax and chat while eating.
