They said to eat about half the cream, then mix the rest with the coffee — I did, and wow..! It's delicious on its own, but dipped in the almond cream it's basically heaven... lol While eating it I kept thinking I wanted to eat five of these alone. If anyone asks me for a Cheonan café recommendation, I think Brewers Coffee will come to mind just because of this canelé! ## Crème brûlée flan: sweet and custardy I also tried the crème brûlée flan together.
