The seasoned chives were the real kicker. ## Is the small gamjatang enough for two people? The gamjatang came out quickly. Isn't the look of it just incredible? I was completely overwhelmed by how generous it was. Clean but spicy What really got me at this Jeongwang-dong gamjatang spot was the broth — it was clean yet spicy, exactly the kind I like. Honestly, I love bone soup and gamjatang, but there are quite a few places where the broth just isn't my style; this one was clean and savory, exactly my taste. And with the bean sprouts in there, it had an even more refreshing edge to it. Even though it was technically the small size, the amount of bones was still plenty, so I thought if two people come, the small size alone would be more than filling. This gamjatang spot in Jeongwang-dong wasn't just generous with meat — it was also loaded with vegetables like napa cabbage, potatoes, enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts, so it was easy to eat alongside the meat without getting sick of it.
