They also par-grill the eel here and cut it all into easy-to-eat pieces, so you only need to grill it briefly over the charcoal. Whether dipped in sauce or piled high in a wrap, everything worked so well together that I just kept eating! I inhaled it.. 🤍🤍 My personal pick was wrapping it with ssammu—it cut through the richness and kept everything light! I thought the side dishes here were such great value, and it is a lovely spot for family meals as well as group gatherings.
