The well-seasoned sauce and the soft, mild tofu worked beautifully together — eating the sauce-soaked meat and tofu together, I thought this place could double as a rice-side dish spot, not just a drinking snack. ### Steamed scallops, squid sukhoe and the side dishes As you'd expect from Sokcho seafood, Seo Jubang's steamed scallops and squid muchoehoe were tender with no fishy taste at all — really good. Plump scallop meat and chewy squid made for a fantastic drinking snack. They were great dipped in chojang or eaten alongside the dried radish too :) The side dishes included in the set were all appealing and delicious in their own right.
