They are seriously committed to the train-station concept, so I think I took about a hundred photos before even going in haha. Isn’t that presentation completely overwhelming? Wow.. the fatty part was not soft or greasy at all; it was incredibly chewy and springy ㅠㅠ The harmony of the savory lean meat and juices bursting in my mouth was completely artful 👍🏻 And the pork neck!! Not even 1% dry—it was so tender that it melted away the moment it entered my mouth. It was so fluffy and soft, making it perfect alongside the meat. Place one juicy piece of meat right on top of hot white rice and it is the ultimate rice thief 😽 The included stew was tasty too, and grilling the chewy rice cake was ridiculously good.. 🤍 In the end, we cleared every last piece of meat from the grill perfectly!!
