After ordering the grilled platter set, it took about 15 minutes to arrive, but once it did we could dig in right away — so convenient! I tried the pork belly first. It's a cut where the richness of the fat really comes through. The golden-brown edges had a slightly crisp bite, while the inside was juicy and rich with deep flavor from the fat and juices mingling together! Dipping it in the house sauce cut through what could otherwise feel a bit greasy, so I could enjoy it deliciously to the end. This is kimchi stir-fried in pork belly fat. Sliced thick, one bite gives you a clean yet juicy flavor. The golden-brown, specially prepared skin gives a springy, chewy texture the moment you bite in. Dipping it lightly in bean powder made the nuttiness even deeper.
