One spoonful brought the deep, clean flavor of the broth and the subtle scent of minari all through my mouth. It was mild rather than heavily seasoned, and had a comforting quality that settled the stomach. It felt like having a bowl of restorative food. Perhaps because it was the extra-large size, there was plenty of meat as well. The tender beef had no unpleasant smell at all, and dipping it in the sauce served alongside made it even better.
