You even get to see a bit of a fire show haha. I didn't know it was flame-grilled — no wonder it tastes so good!! Flame-grilled, always a safe bet~~ Loaded with sauce and bonito flakes!! They really don't skimp on ingredients. Total win!! I'm pretty spice-sensitive, but even though it's spicy, the cheese mellowed it out, so I really enjoyed it!
