It’s just one minute from Gyeonggijeon. Since it’s practically in the middle of Hanok Village, it was easy to naturally stop by and get takeout while walking around. Since you can watch exactly how your order is made right in front of you, the wait doesn’t feel boring. More than anything, I loved being able to see the cooking process for myself. Mannyeon Dakgangjeong is a Jeonju Hanok Village favorite 👍 Fire power, woo~ The process of adding the sauce evenly in a hot wok was so impressive. They stir-fried the dakgangjeong in a huge heated wok, coating it in sauce; every time they moved the wok, you could see the sauce cling neatly to every corner of the chicken.
