There were so many steps: applying the softening solution, shampooing, wrapping rods for the curls and magic setting, pressing at the roots, applying neutralizer, and the final wash! Without any uncomfortable or hot spots, she smoothly straightened my frizzy curls with a flat iron from the roots to where the curls would begin. The total treatment took about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Since my hair is medium length, I thought it would take much longer, but it ended sooner than expected!
