Rice-flour castella + pure-rice red bean bread + pollock roe baguette 🥖 I wanted to try bread made with rice from the beginning 🌾, so as I looked around I naturally chose mostly rice breads, haha. The rice-flour castella had a lovely fluffy, soft melt-away feel and was cleaner tasting than ordinary castella 🍞 Above all, it did not taste artificial, so it was easy to eat without feeling heavy. The pure-rice red bean bread was chewy like rice bread should be, and the sweetness of the red bean filling came together so nicely that it felt easy on the stomach! Perfect even on an empty stomach 🥐 The pollock roe baguette was crisp outside and chewy inside! The crunchy exterior and chewy bite inside were so appealing 👻 The savory saltiness of the pollock roe made it a more intense flavor than the mild rice breads... 100 points 💯 After actually trying them, I could tell that the clean flavor and 🫧 chewy texture unique to rice bread suited my taste better than regular bread! If it were near my home, it would definitely become my go-to bakery.
