Since it's such a well-known bakery, I hurried over right at opening time full of expectations, and even before the doors opened I could already feel that 'Unjeong brunch hotspot' energy. Even though I arrived right at the morning opening time, the shop was already packed with customers there to buy bread. On top of the in-store crowd, the nonstop order notification sounds and delivery riders coming and going from the morning made me think, 'wow, this is a real hotspot.' ## Inside Boulangerie Tan: the shop and its butter notice Walking into Boulangerie Tan Unjeong Main Branch, you're greeted by soft warm lighting and a classic, antique interior. The savory bread smell mixed with the atmosphere made me feel like I'd stepped into a little European bakery. What really caught my eye was the 'butter used' notice proudly posted at the front of the store. Being transparent with customers about the quality ingredients they use instantly boosted my trust before I'd even taken a bite. And in one corner of the shop, you can watch the bakers kneading dough and baking bread in real time.
