Mu-saengchae (spicy radish salad), salad, baek-kimchi (white kimchi), pickled vegetables, carrot rapé, and japchae (glass noodle stir-fry) — every single one was delicious, and I normally never eat carrots at all but the carrots here were genuinely tasty,,?
