I also took a photo of the country-of-origin information, in case you're curious!! ## Geumdeungeo Hot Pot Rice Course for 1 + Dried Corvina Hot Pot Rice Course for 1 Last time I visited, I ordered mackerel for two and added grilled pork, but my mom isn't a huge fan of pork, and I was curious about the dried corvina I hadn't tried, so I ordered that!! Normally you order in units of 2, but since fish dishes come one per person, single orders were possible. The dried corvina came already prepped for easy eating!! Fish grilled with malt salt in a 420-degree clay oven!! It really was delicious, so I refilled it twice. ### Hot pot rice and doenjang jjigae The rice also comes as freshly cooked hot pot rice, so you can pour hot water over the crust to make sungnyung (scorched rice tea) and eat the nurungji (scorched rice) — it was fluffy and delicious. As they say, Koreans run on rice!! Maybe that's why people eat dried corvina soaked in water..? ## Rice cake and drinks to finish I was busy eating rice when they suddenly brought something over, and I wondered what it was — rice cake!!!!
