Since we were eating it with our kid, I asked them to remove all the spice. My kid is still only 5 and can't handle any spice at all, but ended up eating more than half the pasta 🤭 She loved it, cleaning up all the sauce inside too. It was her first time having rosé pasta, so I ordered half worried about whether she'd like it, but contrary to my worries, she ate it up so well. It's a crowd-pleasing flavor that adults enjoy too without much divide in taste, so it's one of the dishes I'd recommend. It was my first time seeing board games at a self-serve bar, and it was such a nice, unexpected touch — the owner clearly put thought into giving you something fun to do while waiting for the food.
