There's also a wine cellar right next to it, so it looked like a great spot for a nice glass of wine too. We headed up to the 3rd floor! There were even more tables on the 3rd floor. If there's no room on the 2nd floor, you can just head upstairs. And if that's full too, there's a waiting area near the 2nd floor entrance. ## How was the Friday evening wait? When I arrived just after 6pm on a Friday, the place was almost full. After that, a waiting line started to form. If you make a reservation ahead of time, you'll probably be able to eat quickly without waiting! Medium is my favorite doneness, so it was perfect for me! I heard the flap steak is first cooked sous vide at a low temperature, then finished in butter, and maybe that's why it was so tender and had such great texture! It came with a variety of accompaniments — steak sauce, whole grain mustard, wasabi, mashed potatoes — so you can add whatever suits your taste and it's so delicious! Pasta in the ten-thousand-won range with today's prices!! All of Dana's pizzas use "tomato sauce simmered for a long time and 100% natural mozzarella cheese." Maybe that's why, unlike other pizzas, being tomato-based made it feel less greasy, and the cheese had a lively chewiness. Even the premium flap steak was excellent.
