Honestly, I usually don't expect much from buffet-style ganjang gejang, but I was amazed at how good the yield was and how packed with roe it was. The soy sauce marinade was sweet and savory without being too salty, soaking all the way through, so I went back for several plates and thoroughly demolished them.
