Personally I'm more of a rice person than a noodle person, and this one is thick and spicy, the kind of heat you keep going back for. You can't really see it in the photo, but there's basil sauce underneath, and it's honestly the kicker 😮😮😮 The thick, nutty Greek yogurt goes wonderfully with the sauce.
