Ari Chuksan is a butcher shop in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi, selling Korean beef, Korean pork, yukhoe, barbecue vegetables, seasonings, and meal kits. On the way to a Gapyeong trip, I chose Korean beef chuck flap tail and yukhoe; the yukhoe was pleasantly chewy and clean-tasting, while the beef stood out for its marbling and juices. Ari Chuksan is a great one-stop stop before a pension stay or camping trip.
