So I think it would taste best eaten right away. There is a free sauce bar on one side of the shop. You can get refills and choose whichever sauces you want. It was spicier than I expected, so it did not become greasy and stayed delicious to the end. I can see why it is popular—definitely add the Chili's Cheese Stick. Everything came neatly packed in boxes, so there was less worry about it getting jumbled while traveling. It is a good selection to share with several people and easy to take along for a picnic, baseball game, or drive.
