The perilla seed buckwheat kalguksu, where savory buckwheat noodles meet a light, nutty perilla broth, is ₩11,000, while the suyuk (boiled pork) simmered with medicinal herbs and pork belly until tender is ₩23,000. Buckwheat pancakes, meat dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and kimchi dumplings are all ₩9,000. My parents added ₩1,000 for an extra-large bibim makguksu, and I ordered the perilla seed buckwheat kalguksu.
