There's also a self-serve bar in the middle where you can grab more if you run low, which was a nice touch. While we were busy working through the banchan, the seaweed soup arrived. It came in a steaming hot stone bowl, and the portion was substantial. The rice also came in a small ceramic bowl — not a huge amount, but refillable on request. I suspect it's kept small because the soup portion is so generous that many people end up leaving rice unfinished.
