For jokbal, you could choose front or hind trotters, with original, garlic, spicy, and chilled versions available. Bossam came in original, garlic, and soy sauce varieties, while the gukbap selection included bean sprout, kimchi bean sprout, dried pollack bean sprout, and oyster bean sprout gukbap, plus sundae-guk, bone hangover soup, galbitang, and samgyetang. There were also bone gamjatang and gopchang hot pot for sharing with a group! There was a separate lunch-special menu, too, including a bossam set meal with a bowl of rice, bean sprout soup, and side dishes, so I thought I should come back for lunch sometime! The portion was truly enormous—it looked like enough for three people 👀 The sides were pickled onions, pickled cucumber, fresh kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, seasoned aged kimchi, and cubed radish kimchi.
