I comfortably changed into slippers to go in. You can feel The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Suneol's attention to detail here — most massage shops don't have windows, so ventilation is hard. That's why they installed a special ventilation and purification system on the ceiling, which I really appreciated for keeping the air fresh 👍🏻

In the women's changing room, you put your clothes in a locker and pick out a treatment outfit in your size. I kept the locker key in the pocket of my changed clothes for convenience.

I soaked my feet in the warm water. I used to do foot baths a lot after having my baby, but I've really been neglecting my feet lately, so I felt a little guilty — what a treat. Right as I was savoring it, the therapist came over, dried my feet with a towel, and led me to the room.

The arched doorway and indirect lighting made for a clean, pretty space 🌸 Having each room private made the experience even better.

The double rooms were spacious and clean too, so they'd be great for couples or friends coming together.

Further inside there was a single room too — this space felt like the perfect place to truly have time to yourself 💕

### How was the 60-minute sports massage?

I got the 60-minute sports massage, which was a dry treatment covering the whole body — back, lower back, hips, and legs. During the treatment it felt a little painful in spots, but once it was over my body felt noticeably lighter and all that built-up fatigue seemed to have melted away. Whenever I said something hurt, the therapist adjusted accordingly, and I was really grateful for that.
