The tables were spaced generously and baby chairs were fully available. It looks like a good spot for family meals or lunch gatherings too. When one dish alone feels like not quite enough but ordering two full dishes each seems like too much, having a set that lets you mix and match is really nice. ## How does the bossam taste? It looked tender and delicious. Among us pork lovers, the most important thing with bossam is whether there's any off smell, and this was clean with none at all. The meat was soft. Topped with the radish salad that came alongside, the light flavor of the bossam gained a tangy, crunchy texture that made it refreshing to eat! ### Mandu and handmade tofu come with the set The mandu (dumplings) that came with the bossam set were big enough that they were hard to eat in one bite. Dipped in the seasoned sauce and wrapped with kimchi, it was pure bliss... Eating a spoonful of the warm broth in between bites of bossam warmed me up and felt like it helped digestion?
