Arriving at 11am meant plenty of room in the underground parking garage, and the set of naengmyeon (cold noodles) with soy-marinated pork belly came with the option to leave off the red sauce that normally tops mul-naengmyeon (cold broth noodles). It was a clear day, so the view through the floor-to-ceiling glass — lake and lawn all in one frame — was genuinely great to eat with. Visitors can use B4 and B5.
