To bring out the flavor of the rice, they carefully blend Samgwang rice from Gyeongju and Sindongjin rice from Buyeo, then cook it with Jirisan bedrock water.. (Where else would I get to taste rice like this~🤨) The note saying they cook without artificial seasonings, letting the ingredients shine on their own, had me excited before I had even ordered. I chose the set, which comes with steamed egg, takoyaki (octopus balls), and fruit for dessert. I especially loved the fried crab meat.
