Dipping it lightly in salt was nice too, but this combination was my favorite by far!! Since it's unlimited, I worried the eel might end up small or thin, but the flesh was actually thicker than expected, and being able to take as much as you want was great too. If you love eel, the biggest upside here is that you can eat your fill instead of rationing out one or two pieces at a time! Being able to eat pork belly and chicken neck alongside meant I didn't get tired of eating just eel over and over. I went there for eel but ended up putting all kinds of things on the grill, so I sat there eating for longer than expected haha. If you've been wanting to eat eel in Baegot but hesitated because of the price, Songnim Bok Jangeo — where you can eat freshwater eel unlimited — might be worth considering.
