And of course, we had to order soju with pork belly, haha. It was so delicious that I got a refill too.. The noodles were chewy, and the spice aroma was fragrant. It looks like a sizzling volcano, but it is cheese! Isn't that so fascinating? It went so well with the rich meat when we dipped it in, haha. It tasted like cheese with a spicy sauce added. True to its reputation as a barbecue restaurant near Suwon Station, the staff grilled all of our pork belly, which was so comfortable, haha. All we had to do was pick up the nicely browned pork belly and eat it—so nice!
