We're the Dudeong couple, always out hunting for good food spots. Today we're introducing something to do in Haenggung-dong, Suwon — a ring studio famous for couples visiting to make meaningful rings for anniversaries: Loventa Suwon Haenggung!

While looking for a ring studio in Suwon, we found Loventa Suwon Haenggung — it has a variety of designs and makes higher-quality rings, so we decided to visit!

We got to make such a pretty ring design ourselves, it turned into a great memory for us as a couple haha. So here's our review of making couple rings at a Suwon ring studio!

## What is Loventa Suwon Haenggung ring studio like?

Loventa, famous as a Suwon ring studio, is already a hot spot in Seongsu too. What we liked best was that the rings are designed by a jewelry expert with 30 years of experience haha.

As soon as we walked in, all kinds of ring designs were displayed like this — we loved the clean and pleasant atmosphere of the shop!

There are a lot of ring studios these days, but honestly many of them have common designs or a limited selection. But Loventa in Suwon had a much wider variety and prettier designs, which got us excited.

## Private rooms at Loventa: moving over to Room 3

Loventa in Suwon is set up as private rooms so couples can enjoy making rings just the two of them. The interior was decorated in white tones, bright and not stuffy at all — perfect for a couple's date. No wonder it's famous as a thing to do in Haenggung-dong!

We were first shown to Room 1, but since it was lunchtime and quite hot with the sun coming in, we asked to be moved to a spot without direct sunlight. The owner kindly moved us to another room haha.

We were assigned Room 3, and as soon as we walked in there was this pretty wooden table and chairs. They had an antique furniture feel, and every detail of the interior really set a great mood haha.

The ring-making experience takes about an hour, so grabbing a coffee to bring in with you would make the experience even more enjoyable ☺️

There was even a neat hook on one side for storing your bags! The facilities overall were really great, so I fully recommend this as a thing to do in Haenggung-dong haha.

## The application form and paid add-ons at Loventa

As soon as we walked in, a staff member explained the process — you fill in a prepared application form with your visit date, how you found the place, both partners' names, and various ring options haha.

Engraving text or plating incurs extra charges, so after the couple discusses it together, you press the bell and a staff member comes in to explain the details.

## Choosing a ring design: why the couple picked premium Axis

Ta-da, what do you think of the ring designs?! From simple rings to flashy ones, there were so many designs that we really struggled to choose haha. You can comfortably try them all on as long as you put them back, so we each tried on the ones we liked.

Every single ring design was so pretty, and while the premium ones cost a bit more, they were prettier, so we went with the premium line!

Prices vary by design like this, so it's worth checking the price chart too!

Men's ring sizes are a bit bigger, so they cost a little more too. And you don't have to pick a matching pair — you can each choose a different design you like! It was really fun picking rings out with my boyfriend haha.

After trying on several rings, we both ended up loving the Axis design! Following the staff's instructions, we carefully filled out the ring application form haha.

## Ring sizing, aprons and the photo spot in the studio

Once we finished choosing the designs, we pressed the bell and a staff member came in to measure our ring sizes first! You try the ring on and off to make sure it's not too tight, and tell them your preferred size haha.

After the sizing was done and we listened to the explanation, we put on the aprons provided at the table and took a photo. There were photo spots neatly set up all over the place, making it a great spot for a Haenggung-dong date too haha.

## Is making your own couple ring difficult?

Once everything was ready, a staff member came in and explained the ring-making process step by step in detail, with a live demonstration! After we finished each step, we pressed the bell again and they calmly walked us through the next one haha.

I was pretty worried at first, but the staff explained everything so thoroughly and kindly that we had zero trouble at all.

At first I wondered if we could really make a ring ourselves, but following the staff's guidance, the ring shape gradually took form haha. Every time we used the tools to smooth the ring, it got a little shinier — it was oddly satisfying!

The two of us worked hard on our rings and got checked step by step by the staff — and then the ring-making was complete!

Once we finished, the staff took our rings and said they'd call us in about 1 to 2 hours to come pick them up haha. And before leaving, you get to choose the shopping bag and ring case color!

## Picking up the finished Axis rings an hour later, plus the polaroid event

Ta-da!! We got the call about an hour later and came back to pick up the rings — there happened to be an event that day, so they took a polaroid photo of us too haha. Really the perfect thing for a couple making good memories ❤️

We visited this Suwon ring studio while looking for things to do in Haenggung-dong, and were so surprised at how much better the ring quality was than we expected! It was so shiny and well-made that it was hard to believe we'd made it ourselves.

We debated between white and green for the case and went with green — it looks classy and pretty haha. Both the women's and men's ring designs were upscale and varied, so we really thought this place was great!

We visited ring studio Loventa while looking for things to do in Haenggung-dong, and we were really satisfied this time! If you want to make good memories as a couple, I recommend Loventa, the Suwon ring studio ❤️
