The servers at Bombay Broy are always staff from India, and the guy running the counter and floor that day had such a bright smile and was gentle in everything he did that it left an impression. It felt so pleasantly kind that I wondered if the restaurant had just run some new service training. I'm usually a big eater, so even after a full meal I often end up hungry again and split dinner into two rounds. But this time, with the hearty curry, tandoori chicken, and the free naan on top, I felt full and satisfied all evening. Between the location and atmosphere, the taste of the food, and the staff's kindness, this place checks every box, so I confidently recommend it to people around me. I'll obviously keep coming back, and I suspect my 30th visit isn't far off.
